Is there a deposit fee? does not charge clients for depositing* funds into their accounts. However, we recommend you check with your bank or credit card company for any transaction fees or additional charges.
*Please Note: clients depositing over $2,500 will be reimbursed by for any external transaction fees that are charged.

When will funds appear in my account?

The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the deposit method used:
Credit/debit cards take approximately 24 hours* to process from time of receipt.
*Please note: if your card has been verified and compliance documents approved prior to deposit, the deposit(s) will be credited to your trading account immediately.
Wire transfer deposits take approximately 1 – 2 business days to process from time of receipt.

Why was my deposit unsuccessful?

Your deposit could be successful but in pending status. This can happen when the account or payment verification process is not complete.
To complete the full verification process*, please provide the required documents, explained and listed in detail under Account Verification in the FAQs.
Log in to your account and upload the missing documents using the Upload Documents option, under My Account on the website, or using the mobile app. If you receive an error message indicating that your deposit failed, please contact your payment method provider or your bank.
*Please note: verification of documents may take up to 24 hours to review after submission. You may receive additional instructions via email after uploading your documents.

Is there a limitation on the amount I can deposit?

The maximum deposit amount allowed varies depending on the chosen payment method. The deposit amounts and their matching payment method are listed in detail on the Cashier page when you log in to your account.
